Returns

If you made the purchase as a private individual, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product.

If you wish to use this right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service:

specifying the number of the order, the date of delivery and the products that you have intention to return.

The customer service will inform you on how to make the return.

The cost of the shipping for the the re delivery must be made by courier, possibly in the original package, and it is responsibility of the customer, unless the delivered products have defects or do not conform to the order: in this chase, it will be our care to withdraw at our expense the non-conforming products and (depending on your preferences) return the correct items or refund as returned.

Said option, moreover, is not applicable for purchases made with VAT number.

If you decide to cancel the order before delivery, you can do so by contacting the email addresses above and specifying the number and date of the order.

If, however, you made the purchase as a company, there is no right of withdrawal in 14 days, but contact us at the email addresses listed above, our operators will certainly find a solution!
